We were happy to be part of the groundbreaking of The Village at Manville, which will bring individuals and families an affordable place to call home in Lincoln. The Village will consist of 72 apartments located in three buildings beside St. James’ Church.

Yesterday, we celebrated both the ribbon cutting of Tempo and the groundbreaking of Tandem in Providence. Developed by @Pennrose, these projects will add 127 low- and middle-income as well as market rate rental units to the city's Fox Point neighborhood. @JoeShekarchi @JohnGPVD
