Thank you for pointing out the vulnerability for affordable housing as a result of the uncertainty around federal support. As an affordable housing operator/developer in Berkshire County, we share the concern.
After Trump announced a 25% tariff on Canadian imports and briefly froze federal funding last week, developers in the Berkshires are worried that the development of much-needed affordable housing could slow significantly or even grind to a halt.

POAH is a proud recipient of a Gap Energy Grant from @MassDEP allowing us, along with @Resonant_Energy, to complete installation of solar roof panels on Torrey Woods in Weymouth, MA. This install is expected to save an average of $12,000/yr for 25 years on electric costs.
