Anterior positive surgical margin rates during Retzius sparing RARP may not be as high as originally thought. Our unselected cohort suggests this approach is still safe for anterior tumours. @pjscharlesworth @marclaniado @DrTroyGianduzzo.
@JUrology @ZBahouth @marclaniado @RFowlr Thank you @JUrology for publishing our series of Retzius sparing RARPs n=529. rsRARP offers excellent early / immediate continence however ? pay off with PSMs. Our consecutive unselected cohort with anterior PSMs of only 0.9% will hopefully attract more to this great technique.
