The obvious difference being that Larry doesn't go out and start fights so he can then turn around and cry victim and use that to market his books.
Conflict marketing objectively works. A lot of people seethe at me for “marketing wrong” but Larry Correia is hyping his Kickstarter the same way this morning. If you’re mad at one author and not another for this it’s just celebrity bias.
