If you believe in people saying it as it is, this is one for you. Can’t say that I’ve seen the race, but not sure that I have ever heard such a damning indictment of a jockey. Ever.

Good grief! How on earth has that result stood at @gowranpark? Surely jockey should have put his whip down & corrected the horse in the final half furlong? Second hit the rail three times in final furlong. I think I know what @WilliamHaggas would think.

Shot a level par 72 today at @WesterhamGC. Missed a 12 footer on the last for my first ever sub par round, but picked up some swag at prize giving! Superb day on a course in amazing condition, with lots of friends, raising much needed funds for @IggysFUNd

What heartbreaking news. How dreadfully, dreadfully sad. My profound sympathy to her family, friends & all her colleagues at Racing Welfare. I knew Nicki from my time as a Trustee. A charming, friendly & conscientious young woman who will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
All of us at Racing Welfare have been left absolutely heartbroken by the death of Nicki Strong, our Head of Communications and Marketing.

Day 2 of Book 1 a little better today. Relative to whole sale last year, average is down about 8.5% after 2 days, with median about 16% lower. Clearance better today at close to 85%. Godolphin and Amo account for just over 30% of turnover.
Day 1 of Book 1 looks decidedly soft. Average down about 12.5% Median down about 23% Clearance rate about 78% Strip out the Amo/Godlolphin buys (13 for 13.9m), average is 230k. No Coolmore purchases.
