Will only say this.If you put two laps (especially the first one with more fuel and on semi-used tyres) equally good, then apart from him being mega today (again) the car cllesrly came alive in quali.Great job Max.Good job Oscar and George.The top 3 drivers of the season.

Good article here! Explains perfectly the problems Lando faced trying to overtake Leclerc and Russell in Bahrain.Also, the dirty air being one of the biggest problems for the McLaren car.

Wasnt the best race in terms of overtakes for Lando but I think the car was so slow on the straights and had a worse traction in some exits of the corners.Plus, very good defending (very on the limit) from Leclerc and Russell.Solid P3 (P2) with a great start.We take it.

Plenty of strategies Lando/McLaren can use today: stints length, undercuts, compound selection.Hopefully a good pace and deg and he can climb up to P2.I think as much he’s struggling on the 1 lap pace, he’s good at the race pace so far.
