its tempting to compare MSTR to GME like this and conclude 'this time wont be different', but: • GME didnt have 7bn of debt + 20bn more to come • GME didnt have MSTX, MSTU, MSTY, etc. • GME underlying asset did not have 50-100 vol • GME never found meaningful index
Even the most intense week of GameStop Mania couldn't come close to the week $MSTR just had with $136b in volume. I also threw $AMZN in there as well, it also has never had a week like this either.
