Happy Cancerversary to me! I mean it! I am who I am today because 2 years ago cancer broke who I was into a thousand pieces. Who I am today is what was rebuilt out of those pieces. And I like who I am today. (But also fuck cancer.)

No. As if we aren’t all going to be afraid anyway. Let people who want to have access, have access. For every frightened patient the dr sees, there are a dozen who feel more confident and prepared before their apt.
We really need to rethink this immediate availability of results in patient portals especially in oncology! Just had horrible experience with a terrified patient who saw results before I had chance to call her. All or none is horrible for any aspect of medical care
