This week, our Alexander Crummell Scholars gathered for a social lunch in College. The Alexander Crummell Scholarships offer a fantastic opportunity for students from disadvantaged backgrounds or those currently under-represented at the University to pursue postgraduate study.

In London today, to meet alumni and supporters - including Nobel Prize Winner @demishassabis of @GoogleDeepMind. So grateful for their ongoing support and cheerleading for @QueensCam and for @Cambridge_Uni, market leaders for innovation and excellence.

We're proud to share that alumna Maheera Ghani (2021) has been awarded the Nature Portfolio Inspiring Women in Science Award 2025 (Scientific Outreach Category)! The award recognises her work with WinSci Pakistan, mentoring & empowering young women in STEM. Congrats, Maheera!👏

🎉 Huge congratulations to Jim Cockin (1991) whose novel Ghost Tide has been shortlisted for the 2025 East Anglian Book Awards in the Best Children’s Book category! Illustrated by Martha Vine (2022) while she was still a student, Ghost Tide is a true @QueensCam collab👻🌊
