.@sarahkalloch of @GoodJobsInst says the biz case for job quality is: good jobs means happier employees who provide better customer service. This creates higher financial returns. Trader Joes, for example makes specific operational choices based on this model. #CAFutureofWork

What is the real cost of bad jobs? Companies/evaluators should not benchmark to against the lowest common denominator on wages or hours, as these are bad jobs - @sarahkalloch @GoodJobsInst #CAFutureofWork
