By logic, second dome exists. Sundog, halo, (reflected) midnight sun would never exist if there were no domes. Even aircrafts would never get a lift. Newton's 3rd law on air occures due to closed system under the dome. No closed dome no reaction.

If you really want 'A Greener Planet', you should encourage carbon emissions, not limit them. 1. CO2 is plant food. It is what plants are made of. Confirmed by NASA satellites. 2. Plants grow better in warm places, not cold ones. Unless plants are 'The Wrong Sort of Green'?
