Funny thing is that on the counter the lady informed that the flight was canceled because the pilot got Covid & the customer service said that the flight was cancelled because of technical reasons in the plane, 'so we are very careful of our customers' safety'. @JetstarAirways.

I waited over 2hrs on toll number to get my tickets to India cancelled and I got a case id no. which is 13504220 to cancel my tickets. You falsely advertise 'no cancellation charges'. I still have no comms abt the remain amount you owe. @airindiain #dontFlyAI.
