Star’s Beauty has received support, incl. business coaching, from @ledcmetro and recently made upgrades to their space.

We were met by @CMWanikaFisher, who spoke about the ways construction disruptions and gentrification threaten the community.

As a social enterprise, Sarvis is more than a cafe. ☕️ In addition its cafe operation, it’s also a youth empowerment center that provides training and resources for young chefs to launch their own businesses.
