We work hierarchically, & make career progression linear. What a waste. Let's share ideas, energy, & wisdom across our generations. Go beyond 'level', involve more people in decision-making. See learning as reciprocal & lifelong. We surely need all the ideas & energy we can get.

The power of narratives and the way they are crafted will inform my practice, especially while supporting others💡

A wonderfully engaging day despite being virtual and so huge thank you to all those involved 👏 The whole thread of narrative and storytelling and connectedness is something that really resonated with me and the spaces for learning was very impactful

One of my favourite takeaways from today’s @Psychology4I event. Improvement work tackles adaptive challenges, so we need to connect with people’s internal motivation to address them. In other words use the joy people find in their work as a motivational tool #QI
