what's a better custody assumption 1) a rollup (like @AlpenLabs) with a BitVM instance. upgrade mechanism is executable by a federation (6/9 let's say) and is bound to a timelock 2) statechain (like @spark) where the statechain entity with a 3/3 signing threshold

Agree w/ CEO of @AlpenLabs: we can all align on #OPCAT since it's such a basic opcode benefitting everyone, vs all other proposed opcodes. And it's Satoshi's opcode
can we all pls align on basic opcodes like CAT and MUL on bitcoin? trustless BTC programmability + privacy must happen and we will literally invent the most efficient ZK proofs & optimistic protocols ever known if that's what it takes to get closer to these goals
