It’s a little bit late this time, but how hard did we work last year? 24 S-traps from @ProtifiLlc, 51 plates of samples, and roughly 12.5 mg trypsin consumed, and ~2,200 samples injected.

@ProteomicsNews @MattWFoster @JoelisSteele @educhicano @Gundrylab We just ran 88 nasal swab samples we digested with s-traps. There are nasty things in swabs apparently. If I don't clean them up they will instantly clog any trap we try. Using the evotips and the Evosep we only over-pressurized once. Not too bad!
