We had such a fantastic taster session this week at @EmpireFightingC Boxing Gym! 🥊 Trainees loved getting on the bags and running through fitness drills. Thanks to the amazing team at Empire 🏆 for this experience we can’t wait to come back!

We have compost ♻️ Thanks to the incredible supporters of our @avivauk crowdfunder we raised enough money to set up our community compost project at Thingwall Park Allotments ⛏ Trainees have loved getting stuck in collecting 🥦 food waste 🍂 garden and allotment waste!

🎨 Art groups have been busy in the first few days back, visiting @graysonperry Art Club exhibition at @bristolmuseum trainees chose their favourite pieces to experiment creating artwork based on them. ❤️💛💚 Trainees also enjoyed the first of 6 sessions from @LifeWithArt246
