It was the right choice. If they didn’t get 1st down, they could of had the 2min warning + 3 TO’s. it was supposed to save time and give Detroit a short field to kick a field goal, and if they miss it, KC would have a short field. If they make it, they still can win with a TD.

The game isn’t fine. Small market teams remain small market teams because they mostly cannot compete year to year. Eventually losing their star players. Fans lose hope and interest and the cycle continues. One or two small market teams do well once in 10 years means nothing

That 2D box is only taking into account. Where the ball hits the front line of the plate. It does not take into account how much that ball drops and exits the back line of the plate. The strike zone is a 3D shape. It isn’t a 2D square.

This was well after you released the ball. Had no affect on the shot. We learned this when Scottie Barnes “fouled” Barrett on the last shot of the game. It had no direct effect on the shot, so no foul was called. You just wanted to build a brick house tonight.
