The 2025 Richmond Promise Scholarship is NOW OPEN for Richmond residents! Eligible students can apply for the $1,500 annual scholarship that is renewable for up to 4-6 years (depending on a student’s path and petition).

Shortly after her speech, a group of RP Scholars got the wonderful opportunity to hear that message up close as RP, together with UCB, @CalAthletics and the Cameron Institute, hosted a group of our graduating seniors for a reception with Cynt inside California Memorial Stadium.

At @UCBerkeley's recent commencement ceremony, Richmond native, Kennedy HS grad and @dallasmavs CEO @cyntmarshall left students with the message "The ball is in your hands" when it comes to the game of life that they now enter post-graduation.
