(2/3) 🔍 11 species were detected, including the Critically Endangered angelshark and tope. 📅 Species detections peaked in spring. 🌍 Particle tracking simulations predicted that eDNA was shed, on average, within 15 km from the sampling stations at which it was detected.

🦈 Tope Tracking Update! 2 female tope sharks, tagged in Cardigan Bay this summer, have been detected 100+ miles away in the Bristol Channel! Thanks to @SwanseaUni for alerting us to the detections, helping to learn more about tope movements around the UK coastline.
