Hey @CitiBikeNYC, Hear me out. Dum-dums on CitiBike e-bikes almost kill me daily because theyve got zero bike handling skills and no bike etiquette. How about riders have to spend 40+ hrs actual riding time on analog slow bikes before unlocking the electric feature? Save NYC!
