Project0613 is happy to announce its latest project: a long-term tree planting partnership with The Circle Hostel titled #BuildTheSoop 🌳 Together, we can help rebuild the forests of Zambales and help our indigenous communities! Find out more in the following tweets. 🍃

Our #BuildTheSoop funds are allocated in batches and cover the cost for the seedlings, the tribe's labor, admin fees and logistics. The first batch was transferred last March. You may also check the receipts at https://t.co/RwZoP8DnJc. ☑️

With these reforestation efforts, we will continue to close up the open fields in the mountain range and reduce the risk of fire while increasing the presence of water. This will strengthen the ecosystem and improve the growth of the fruit trees at the bottom. 🌱💜 #BuildTheSoop

#BuildTheSoop is really happening! 🌳 A total of 600 forest trees will be planted at Mt. Pinmayong. Huge thanks to @thecirclehostel for working closely with the Aeta community, who are already planting & caring for the seedlings, and ARMYs who have been supporting this project.

URGENT ‼️ Typhoon Odette has devastated many areas, and for some, there is hardly aid, if any at all. Please help us spread the word as we raise funds to provide relief packs to the mountainous municipality of Candoni with 3,000 households affected by the typhoon.
