Findings support changing current practice to expand RRM access beyond the traditional BRCA1, BRCA2, and PALB2 pathogenic variant carriers to individuals at a 35% or higher lifetime risk .This approach could potentially prevent up to approx 6538 BC cases annually in UK women.
