The firing of a teacher who read a book on gender fluidity to her fifth grade class was upheld Thursday by the Georgia Board of Education. She says the book was about inclusiveness. They say it was a prohibited “divisive concept.”

Most 1L law students now have a couple weeks under their belts, and for many of them the sense of "Why did I decide to come to law school? I hate this!" is setting in. Hang in there, it will get better.
