I'm thrilled to share that I've been promoted to full professor. This has been a long journey, with many successes and, more often, lessons learned from losses. I'm grateful for all the mentors, advocates, and especially friends who supported me along the way.

A huge congrats to @CollimoreAshley on being a recipient of the Up and Comer's award from the @AmSocBiomech!!! I've enjoyed being a spectator on her journey. Ashley has accomplished great things already, and I know more is still to come! Congrats!

Always great to spend a little time with the team. Celebrating recent accomplishments including an F31 being scored. and resubmitted, a paper published, a new study funded (R01!!) and started, and the transition of our lab manager to the MS in Mechanical Engineering program.

Enjoyed presenting at OARSI a study on hip shape and risk of developing hip OA. This type of work requires quite the team effort from @RintjeAgricola, @BU_Movement, @MorganLabBU and many others!

Thanks @ford_kr and @HighPointU for the invite. I'm excited to share not only research from our @BU_Movement lab and @BU_DPT partners, but also how career paths often involve a bit of serendipity and a lot of standing on the shoulders of giants!.

I carefully poured my mug full of coffee back into the coffee pot to facilitate a dripless transfer into my travel thermos with plans to enjoy it when I got to work. And promptly left the thermos on the kitchen counter. Oh the plans we make!.
