@ProFlowersCS I’ve been on hold for 40 min the 3 DOZEN roses I ordered and paid ALOT for somehow was delivered in the form of ONE DOZEN 😡😡😡 terrible customer service and I’m disputing the charges!!!

@ProFlowersCS on hold 30 minutes then told supervisor was too busy to talk to me about the broken vase they deleivered with the flowers I sent a friend. Spoke with 2 CS reps and cannot understand a word they say due to thick accents. I order flowers and get broken glass & no help
