More rewilding please ✅
We’ve been really impressed with the work Roger supports to rewild an area of land next to St Mary’s Flower Park. What was once a strip of nondescript land is now home to two wildlife ponds and a range of beautiful plants. It’s a haven for nature - an advert for biodiversity 4/5

It makes us a bit emotional thinking about the incredible people we get to work with. Roger is a ray of sunshine in Prestwich and is part of pretty much every eco group going 🌞
The work we do to make Prestwich cleaner and greener place wouldn’t be possible without people like Roger 💚 after finishing his civil service career, he wanted to get more involved in the community & learn new skills. So he started volunteering with some great causes 1/5

Awww our plant swap was a roaring success. So many people came loaded up with cuttings of indoor and outdoor plants to share, and lots of people left with some new plant babies 🥰 Thanks to Prestwich local Tiff for organising this fab event, and to @VillageGreensUK for hosting🌱
