This DiD analysis finds that when CT transitioned from private to public administration of Medicaid there was an ⬆️ in early-stage cancer dx (4.0% ⬆️) & overall survival (HR 0.92). Managed care may not be best for pts with cancer. ➡️@PranitSunkaraMD
