Dear @Aetna @AetnaHelp @AetnaNews, apologize we have no where to go, so coming to X. We need some help addressing your denials of certain newer procedures (on FDA approved devices, which are routinely approved by other payors). Very frustrating for these sick patients. Maybe.

Anterior leaflet modification (aka destruction) before #TMVR placement. Simple, many less steps, probably wider split than traditional laceration. Obviously, for carefully selected cases. Thanks Amar Krishnaswamy for sharing his experience.
