Hey there @CFISDAthletics this should be the norm!! This is important for your athletes. Give them a directive that is just as important as enough sleep and practice. If you want them to know why, reach out to @PowerUpEducator and she can come out to talk to your athletes.

Nutrition Education? Yep! We do that too! In our Elementary Nutrition Education Series, Elementary PE teachers can sign up with our Nutrition Education Coordinator, Sierra, to teach lessons and promote a healthy life style!
