Great thread. For better and for worse, our space IS more alive than any other industry or community I can think of. This energy of ours is life and art sustaining. It’s experimental, it’s a paradigm shift, it’s fun and exciting. We can’t take it for granted.
I tried to put my mind into as neutral a state as possible and walk through Art Basel An art fair is stripped of the ceremony, old buildings, subtle cultural cues. You just see the work, admittedly isolated and vulnerable. The NFT section (it’s the NFT section) felt more alive
