I don’t really do endorsements. I’m not shy about sharing my views, but I hate politics and don’t trust most politicians. I also understand that people want to hear from me because I am not just a celebrity, I am a former Republican Governor. My time as Governor taught me to

Adulting feels like living in a trapped reality designed to keep us grinding 24/7. We are overworked, underpaid, and barely surviving while the system profits off our struggle. We’re DONE — we deserve a future that doesn’t make us choose between living and thriving. 😤

Inaction by elected officials who fail to take on corporate landlords and predatory real estate is only making the crisis worse! We need people-powered, evidence-based policies that protect renters at the state level. #KeepFamiliesHoused #HousingIsAHumanRight #HomeIsSacred

We need to understand that failing to address the housing crisis in Southern California and the Bay Area has exported the hardship to the Central Valley and beyond. One study found that Fresno endured the fastest rent growth of any major city nationwide in 2021 at 28%.

California’s housing crisis is not just coastal or urban, it’s devastating families statewide, hitting rural & inland communities hardest now — especially communities like Fresno, that were once known as "relatively affordable" places. @latimes

The Central Valley city has seen among the fastest rent hikes nationwide as coastal California residents flee inland in search of affordable homes.

It’s hard to witness the constant murder of our loved ones at the hands of the police. State-sanctioned violence is something we will never grow desensitized to. Our hearts go out to Tyre's family and all his loved ones. The reality is Tyre Nichols should be alive right now.

You don’t have to watch the video of #TyreNichols being beaten by police. You don’t have to subject yourself to that trauma. It should not require another video of a Black human being dehumanized for anyone to understand that police brutality is an urgent, devastating issue.
