What a bloody disgrace! The launch of the Myer windows has been cancelled because of the threat of protests by pro palestianans! What sort of society have we become, where a few, no doubt again supported by the Greens, destroy opportunity for the majority, especially our young.

Lived in Alice Springs during the 70s and 80s. Right next door to the US Pine Gap Base. We discussed ‘what if’ plans frequently. But I think it was an ever-present fear for many Boomers, hence the peace and disarmament movements of that era.
