Will share a funny story though: . One evening I finished calling with IRLs and ended the call by saying "C'ya boys", right after that I had a Demon List team entrance interview with Zoe and Blitzer and when it ended speech muscle memory kicked in and I said "C'ya boys" again.

Never once have I looked at a CuLuC part and thought "oh he's trying to do too much".Learning when to stop adding shit is genuinely an important skill. He made so much fire and never burnt down the kitchen or even as much as a single frying pan, beyond GOATed.

This is also the reason why CuLuC is just so fucking insanely good by the way. It was never his mastery or understanding of the editor being the best (which it was) It's that he made genuinely elegant, eye pleasing and just straight up "artistic" things with it.
This shit got so tired in 2.2 I'm not even gonna bother defending it. It's thoughtless, overwhelming and degrades already shaky gameplay quality. It obviously showcases an insane level of mastery over the editor but none when it comes to creating something seemly or elegant.

That being said Aegleseeker as a whole is not terrible. Some parts are really good like Arachnid and GamerKnight. Not coincidentally it's when the level slows down and tones down the horrid flashing.

Every time I hear this take. it's like people assume there is some mythical consensus on what gameplay constitutes as "good" that simply just does not exist. The only things that constitute objective flaws would be bugs, but we don't have an epidemic of those at all.

It takes precisely 1 look at Avernus' early reputation to see why there SHOULD be close to no standards for gameplay set as a barrier to a rate.
