Today I was offered a full professorship @AU_Biodiversity @AarhusUni. This is my dream job and I am hugely thankful for the opportunity! In my new position, I hope to stay mindful of my responsibility to mentor early career scientists in their efforts to stay in science.

3. Avoid the use of all pesticides ☠️ 4. Make space for the insects (maybe by hanging up an insect-hotel) 🌳 5. Educate yourself on the issue and talk to your friends about it πŸ€“ (3/n)

1. You can leave more wild nature alone (eg. stop moving your lawn, leave old branches for insects to live/hibernate in etc) 🐝 2. Plant native plants for your area (maybe you have a garden or a small green area? Even just a pot on a balcony can help) 🌼 (2/n)
