Cheese and dairy products are known for being inflammatory ....I was vegetarian for 5 months and my cramps felt like contractions and my periods were 4 days..Now that I’m vegan and have absolutely no inflammation my periods are 3 days extremely light and absolutely painless....

In my opinion giving birth wasn’t bad at all. The contractions hurt but they aren’t as bad as some women say imo. My labor was 30 minutes with no epidural and the contractions I got during breastfeeding were worse than the labor ones 🤔😰
