Funny story. During @NASAPersevere's landing on Mars, I was streaming the footage to @exploreplanets Instagram live when the fire alarms in my building went off and blasted hundreds of viewers with blaring noises. In retrospect, it's hilarious, but at the time. .

I love having an excuse to talk to @RandomSpaceFact each week when we record What's Up. He's hilarious and brilliant. You won't hear it in next week's show, but we had a great conversation about his obsession with GeoGuessr.

GeoGuessr is a geography game which takes you on a journey around the world and challenges your ability to recognize your surroundings.

What a wild and wonderful ride it has been. I am so proud to have covered the mission AND to be one of the 50,000 individuals who made it happen. #ThankYouLightSail.
It’s official: LightSail 2 has reentered Earth’s atmosphere and burned up, as expected. What a phenomenal mission this was! We are proud of everything this spacecraft accomplished, and of all the people who made it happen.
