Tripovich et al. used a collaborative approach to develop & evaluate strategies for protecting nests of the regent honeyeater, a Critically Endangered Australian songbird. They show that nest protection can provide a pathway for recovery of the species 🪺 https://t.co/zuy29K1aqy

Now that’s a marathon swim! Diaz the long-nosed fur seal has travelled 6,000km since being released late last year. She’s the fifth seal to be released as part of the Seabirds to Seascapes Project with @sydneymarine, @tarongazoo and NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service 💙
