Oh my bad, they just hung up on me. Worst customer service I’ve seen, especially for a service dedicated to emergencies! And you call this plan “Gold”? @AdmiralUK how long do it need to wait for you now? How much damage do i need to get for you to pick up the phone?

No need for 1to1 personalisation for everything - relevancy on its own is enough! It's all link to your customer involvement in the purchase. If you sell apples, before getting into deep techy personalisation, make sure your customers can find them!

Just got on a @SouthernRailUK train going to Clapham Junction. A small number carriages so absolutely packed, impossible to socially distance,more than 50% of people not wearing masks, a poor lady having a coughing fit and all windows locked! WTF! How do you want to stop COVID!
