Visualisatie van bevriezend water. Omdat ijs als vanzelf deze ruime kooistructuur van zeshoeken vormt (door waterstofbruggen) is vast H₂O een van de weinige vaste stoffen die op vloeibaar H₂O drijft. En als je het samendrukt smelt het weer, anders kon je er niet op schaatsen.⛸️
