Building 48” x 24” x 28” reptile habitat for a friend. Quick test fit - 3d printed door slides fit perfectly! Next, just need to add electrical and a vent!

Lots of posts online for low-cost 3D printer enclosures using ikea Lack or creality’s pop up enclosure. For less $12 for a full sheet of 1/2” OSB, a box like this can be had. Used 1/2” dados, a little glue, and nails. Perfectly sufficient. Overall dimensions: 22” x 21” x 28”

Printed my marshmallow roaster in PETG, but I guess the plastic is too close to the focus. Bend is right at the predicted focal length! Need to rethink this design.

I got a set of parabolic reflectors from my sister as a birthday gift this year. Finally got around to making mounting fixtures for it! Today was a great day to check how accurate the datasheet is! EFL of 76.2 mm looks pretty close.

Final exam for Digital Electronics was to solder and assemble the Binary Blaster kit from ⁦@sparkfun⁩! For full pts they must successfully complete all 15 binary conversions in under 30 s. They were so focused and competitive! What a great way to end ⁦@VonSteubenMSC⁩
