Disabled people deserve better. We deserve to be valued and supported. We deserve better than the appalling rates of poverty, unemployment, poor health outcomes, and low education qualifications. We deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. This govt needs to do better.

I haven’t watched the presser, but I feel so bad for those kids. Having your parents fight is hard enough, I can’t imagine what it’s like to have it play out in public and in the media.
