#biostats question I am using Cox PH model for survival. I think I should include STS score, which is a summary score of risk including age, sex, race etc. Do I also include age, sex and race in my model or should I not since it's in the STS? Links to readings appreciated.

If I never subscribed to a journal, how do I unsubscribe from their mailing list? As in I am receiving paper journals in the mail I don't want. Make them stop.
