December 6th is National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. 14 women were killed by an act of violent misogyny at Ecole Polytechnique in the name of "fighting feminism." Today, we honour them and commit to building a world where this violence is unthinkable.

The City of Toronto hosted a job fair yesterday for youth at Northwood CC in partnership with multiple organizations. It was great to see young people find resources and hiring employers. Another one like this will be held Nov 27th at Driftwood CC, from 12:30 pm to 4pm.

I'm grateful to have spent some time catching up with friends in both 7/11 Arleta and 35 Shoreham for Thanksgiving. We shared a meal together, a few jokes, and tore up the dance floor as well!
