π§΅In the ProFATE trial, participants with anterior circulation LVO did not exhibit a significantly improved rate of complete/near-complete recanalization (eTICI2c-3) when temporary proximal blood flow arrest was employed during EVT, as opposed to no proximal blood flow arrest.
