Mendelian randomization users, what should I call a polygenic score created for and used with MR?.I find PGS/PGI confusing to newcomers as not all ways of creating a PGS will do. Would it be clearer to call this score an allelic score instead? Or something else?.

Sad to have missed out on my colleagues parallel symposium, including Sverre Ofstad presenting on sex differences in educational outcomes and @RosaCheesman her new GWAS of fields of study

I had an amazing time in our symposium on new methods for direct and indirect genetic effects, all talks were brilliant (shout-out to @LyuXuanyu’s Pirate and Ninja AM love story) and the public gave us insightful discussions!

Very curious to hear more in the future about @KTNThompson and @geurgas extending tools developed for genomics to environmental/neighborhood variables and reverse. Some of the most innovative talks I heard!
