This is such an important report. Maternal Mental Health Services are ground breaking (but I’m biased as I led the team who wrote the policy to create them) but what this report shows is that they are only scratching the surface of the need. #MakeAllCareCount
The Maternal Mental Health Alliance calls on the government to further invest in Maternal Mental Health Services, end the postcode lottery and provide vital support to all women, babies, and families. It’s time to act: https://t.co/bxAbAvO04h

Such an important report by @MMHAlliance & REFORM sharing the stories of women who have experienced child removal. Such helpful learning that will go into our @DCPperinatal report we are codeveloping on what fully funded & staffed #MaternalMentalHealthServices should look like.
The MMHA is proud to launch a new report in collaboration with @womensreform highlighting the stories of mothers who have experienced child removal due to drug and alcohol use and the impact this had on their mental health: https://t.co/yGyNYcNjme
