We are back for another year of Hands-on Hardware hacking exercises at @defcon @IoTvillage . So join me and the Rapid7 pentest team Friday August 8th and 9th for:

Only a few days away from heading to Hacker Summer Camp. Don't forget to join me and @CarlotaBindner next Thursday for our Blackhat talk "Weaponization of Cellular Based IoT Technology – Leveraging Smart Devices to Gain a Foothold".

Then I will be finishing up the week at @defcon where the @Rapid7 pentest team and I will be running Hands-on hardware hacking exercises in the @IoTvillage . The hands-on exercises will run from 10:00AM to 05:30PM on Friday August 8th and Saturday August 9th.

Then on Thursday August 7 @CarlotaBindner and I will be presenting our @BlackHatEvents talk “ Weaponization of Cellular Based IoT Technology – Leveraging Smart Devices to Gain a Foothold” in Oceanside C, Level 2 at 3:20PM.

First up @HacksForProfit and I will be demoing Akheron proxy, a serial interchip communication analysis and testing tool, at Blackhat Arsenal on Wednesday August 6 at 11:30am in Business Hall, Arsenal Station 9 .

Finished all the prep work and testing of all gear and exercises for this years @rapid7 @defcon @IoTvillage hands-on hardware hacking exercise. Just need to make a few adjustment to the training manual and i will be done and can pack everything for shipping.

I finished building this years @defcon @IoTvillage hardware exercise platforms. Next, write the exercise manuals and test all gear before shipping. Biggest question I have every year. Will these training devices/platforms survive two days of Defcon IoTVillage ? Lets find out 😎

Started working on this year @defcon @IoTvillage hands-on hardware exercise. Have all the parts and have started pre-assembly. Also @rapid7 coworker @lonestarsec volunteered to build 3d mounts for the Smart Camera we are hacking and @securelyfitz helped us out with some Tigard's
