So, we're looking for motivation to make that second 5k a bit easier for Alun and as a company, we're looking to raise some much-needed funds for Thames Valley Air Ambulance. In addition, IF we can hit the £500 target Pentangle will add another £250 on top!

Yes, in the past Alun has run quite a few 10ks and even a half marathon but his preparation has always been a bit better than this!!
