(1/2) This afternoon, I presented my Ten Minute Rule Bill, designed to stop child sex abusers at the UK Border. It would make it an offence for a suspect to refuse access to a digital device when there is reasonable suspicion it contains child sex abuse material.

(2/2) These suspects do not have to unlock their devices and can keep their abuse hidden. That’s because our customs law was drafted in the 70s, before smartphones and digital encryption. The law must be updated. You can read more and watch my speech here:
